Document Store Guide

This central document store is used to upload and retain important documents that relate to supporting evidence, as part of your Returns process (Self Assessment or contracted KPI returns). The store can also be used by your Local Authority to store and share a copy of all contract documentation and common Quality Assurance supporting documents. 

 

Advantages to putting your documents in this central store, ensures you only need to upload the document(s) once for sharing with your Local Authorities for the duration/lifetime of the document. The document expiry date ensures you are alerted to when its lifetime is ending.
